What We Do
1928 Jewelry works with brands, retailers, and organizations to design and produce custom jewelry. Whether you're launching a private-label collection, creating corporate gifts, developing promotional products, or need contract manufacturing for your own designs, we bring the infrastructure and expertise to make it happen.
Our 65,000 sq. ft. Los Angeles facility handles design and assembly in-house, and we coordinate specialized processes like casting and plating through a trusted network of manufacturing partners we've built relationships with over decades. The result is a flexible operation that can take on projects of any size without compromising on quality or timelines.

Design Library
Our in-house design team draws from a library of over 35,000 base model designs built across the company's history. This means we can move fast — whether you're starting from a napkin sketch or a fully realized concept, we have a massive foundation of proven designs to build on, adapt, or use as inspiration.
Combined with our on-site inventory of over $5 million in raw materials and components — chains, findings, castings, beads, and stones — we can go from concept to sample without waiting on outside sourcing.
How It Works
- Consultation — We meet to understand your vision, audience, and requirements. We can work from your existing designs or collaborate on something new.
- Design & Development — Our design team creates concepts, pulling from our extensive library and component inventory. We review and refine until the direction is approved.
- Prototyping — We produce a Version 1 model in our model-making department. You review, we adjust, and finalize the design for production.
- Manufacturing — Production begins, coordinated through our LA facility. Assembly is handled in-house, with specialized processes managed by our trusted manufacturing partners. Quality control at every stage.
- Delivery — Finished product is packed and shipped to your specifications.
