Return Policy
At 1928.com, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. To qualify for a refund, items must be received by 1928 within the applicable return period. All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition with tags intact.
For items which are defective or in cases where 1928 has shipped in error, 1928 Jewelry will cover all outbound and return shipping costs. In this case, contact customerservice@1928.com to receive a pre-paid return label and authorization.
For all other returns, it is not necessary to contact 1928 Jewelry before returning the item(s) - simply follow the instructions below. Note: $7 will be deducted from the refund for any returned items to cover the shipping and handling of the outbound shipment. Additionally, if the original shipping charges are in excess of $7 (which could be the case if an expedited or priority shipping option was chosen), the original outbound shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Except as noted above, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you choose a trackable shipping method to ensure the safety of your shipment. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Items returned without tags intact and/or when a refund is more than $150, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment used at purchase. Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
Return Instructions
- Repack the item(s) in a secure package with all original packaging.
- Include a copy of the packing slip or a note which includes your name, order number and item number(s) to be returned.
- For returns with a pre-paid label and authorization, simply affix the pre-paid label we sent to you to the outside of the package then drop it in the mail.
- For returns without a pre-authorization:
- Please fill out the return section at the bottom of the packing slip.
- For your convenience, you may cut out the return label at the bottom left of the packing slip and affix it to the return package or mail to the address below.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Use your preferred method of shipping but we recommend that you choose a trackable shipping method. Note: $7 will be deducted from the refund for any returned items to cover the shipping and handling of the outbound shipment.
